Ken Kellaway recently served as President and COO, Roadlink Workforce Solutions. Prior to RoadLink, Mr. Kellaway founded Kellaway Intermodal & Distribution Systems, Inc. in 1988, growing business from a standalone warehousing company to New England’s premier intermodal transportation and terminal services operation. Over a 10-year period Kellaway became New England’s largest, full-service logistics company offering “Single Source Logistics Solutions” to both international shipping companies and importer/exporters alike. Kellaway was selected as an INC. 500 company two years in a row.
In 1992 Ken founded Quality Logistics Solutions, Inc., a dedicated logistics company offering private fleet management services and nationwide truckload and intermodal services. In 2000 Kellaway and Quality became two of the founding companies of RoadLink.
Prior to founding Kellaway, Ken held management positions at Ryder Truck Leasing. He received his undergraduate degree from Providence College and MBA from Babson College

Mr. Miller has over thirty-five years of experience in the third party logistics industry as a consultant, a professional manager, and a business owner.
As a consultant, Mr. Miller conducted the research and co-authored the original American Warehousemen’s Association manual, “Standard Time Values for Warehouse Handling”. He has provided consulting services to such companies as General Mills, Yellow Roadway Corporation, Exel, Americold, and Morgan-Stanley.
As a professional manager, Mr. Miller has served as the Vice President/General Manager for the high value product/emergency parts division of one of the largest third party logistics companies based in the U.S. and headquartered in the Southeast. He has also served as the President of the Western Division of one of the largest general commodities third party logistics companies in North America as well as the President/CEO for a $100 million privately held third party logistics company headquartered on the West Coast. Each of these operations provided fully integrated third party logistics services and generated revenues ranging from $60 million to more than $150 million annually.
Mr. Miller has an equity position in E*Fill America and as the CEO, is a member of the Board of Directors. He has served with E*Fill since December 2003.
Mr. Miller is a former Air Force fighter pilot with more than 10,000 hours of fighter, instructor, and airline flight time. He is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy with a B.S. degree in General Engineering.

Mr. Wilson brings over 30 years practical supply chain management and warehousing experience gained through marketing and sales roles at UPS Supply Chain Services and Exel Logistics in both domestic and international positions. His understanding of supply chain network design and execution also reflects experiences gained during various projects during his six years in the supply chain practice at A. T. Kearney. Mr. Wilson received a Masters of East Asian Studies from the University of Kansas in 1976, and a Masters in International Business Administration from Thunderbird University in 1978.

Amy L. Miller joined the company as its Office Manager in July 2006. Amy brings over thirteen years of warehouse and office management experience running various 3PL facilities. Amy has a successful history running fulfillment operations for companies such as New Balance, BJ’s, Reebok and Capital Garments. For New Balance Amy managed a 250,000 sq ft facility. Amy brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in pick and pack, CFS and pallet in pallet out.

Joseph Parece is an experienced finance executive with 30 years experience. He in a results oriented controller with outstanding managerial and analytical skills. Most recently, Joe was the controller for Subsalve USA Corporation, an innovator in the design and manufacturing of engineered inflatables since 1977. Previously, he spent 10 years as Controller for Roadlink, USA New England, LLC.,a $20M transportation business where he oversaw all aspects of accounting operations including, cash management, payroll, accounts payables/receivables, and financial reporting. Earlier in his career he was General Ledger Accountant for Calore Freight System, Inc.
